This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to Genius Kids
through online or offline modes. By making a payment, the parent/guardian/student
agrees to the terms mentioned below.
Cancellation Policy
- Once admission is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Requests for cancellation after enrollment will not be entertained.
- Genius Kids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or program due to
unavoidable circumstances.
Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for absence, withdrawal, or discontinuation of classes.
- In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the excess amount may be
refunded after verification.
Online Payment Failure
- If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed by the
respective bank or payment gateway within 7–10 working days.
- Genius Kids is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Program Changes
Genius Kids reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service
without prior notice. No refunds shall be applicable in such cases.
